Becky Otsuka

Rebecca (Becky) Otsuka has more than 30 years of experience in proctor care for teens and is the Program Director for the Child Placing and Outpatient Mental Health Agency, Quality Youth Services/QYS Clinical Services, located in Harrisville, Logan, and Pleasant Grove, Utah. Becky is also the co-owner of Through the Maze, a digital mentoring service for teens that uses text messaging to teach coping skills and improve resiliency. Becky is also the past President of the Youth Provider Association of Utah and is passionate about creating effective programs, policies, and institutions for troubled youth.
