Rebecca has 10 years of experience as a therapist and enjoys working with young adults, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in treating NOJOS issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and addiction. Rebecca is trained in DBT, SFT, CBT, TF-CBT, and Narrative therapy. She is recognized as a therapist with the Utah Network of Juveniles Offending Sexually (NOJOS). She also serves on the board for Day One, a nonprofit organization that works to provide mental health care to all, regardless of ability to pay. Rebecca graduated with her Bachelor degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Ashford University and later with her Master of Social Work degree from Utah State University.
Rebecca's past positions include being a Research Assistant doing a meta-analysis on Post Adoption Services in Utah, and as a therapist for at-risk youth in elementary schools and high schools. She worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA for two years in the Logan area. She is passionate about empowering people to see the vision of who they can become.
Rebecca loves spending time with her four children, their spouses, and her amazing grandchildren. She also enjoys spending time as a family on their small hobby farm with their many animals. She states that, "I would spend all my time reading, writing, and taking photographs if I could." A fun fact about Rebecca is that two of her sons served in the Marine Corps.
